When implementation commences, we ensure that the project scope is well documented and any changes are managed both our side and yours. We take care to encourage an open channel of communication between us, to maximise efficiency of the implementation.

From an Algorithms perspective, we involve the project manager, business systems consultants, trainers and the technical team (covering infrastructure and development) in the implementation process.

The project manager takes overall responsibility for the project implementation up to go-live and documents the output from all sessions. They are the main conduit between Algorithms, the project team and the client.

The implementation process is in 4 key phases, following a company presentation:

• Stage 1:  AS/IS and 'to be processes' mapped
• Stage 2:  Design, documentation, configuration and development
• Stage 3:  UAT, CRP, data migration and training
• Stage 4:  Go live, live operation, continual performance monitoring.

The project closes usually 2 to 3 months after go-live.

After implementation is complete, Algorithms provides comprehensive support services under its Annual Support Programs.
